- Orders $150 USD or More: Qualify for FREE standard shipping (before tax, after discounts).
- Orders Under $150 USD: A flat rate of $9.99 USD applies for standard shipping.

We currently ship to the following locations:
- United States: Contiguous US states. (Please note: We do not currently ship to Hawaii (HI) or Alaska (AK)).
- Singapore
- International: Most other countries worldwide.
Exclusions: At this time, we do not offer shipping to Russia or Ukraine.

- Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping): Once processed (see Section 2), orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 10-14 business days.
- Please Note: This is an estimated timeframe. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Details
- Standard Shipping: As summarized above, standard shipping is free for orders $150+ USD and $9.99 USD flat rate for orders under $150 USD.
- Other Shipping Methods (If Offered): If expedited or other shipping options are available for your destination, the associated costs will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

- Applies to orders shipped outside the USA and Singapore.
- Importer Responsibility: You, the customer, are considered the importer of record and are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country’s customs authorities.
- Not Included: These charges are not included in the Product price or the shipping cost paid to Underkicks LLC.
- Compliance: It is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order. Underkicks LLC is not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Include apartment numbers, suite numbers, or any other necessary details.
- Incorrect Address Issues: We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us (“Return to Sender”) due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to reship the package. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Risk of Loss: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the risk of loss passes to the buyer upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

- Secure Packaging: We follow standard sneaker industry practices for secure shipping, which may include double-boxing (shipping the original sneaker box inside a larger protective shipping box) and other measures to protect your purchase during transit.
