Underkicks originates from Singapore and operates in the United States via a business partnership, with fulfillment capabilities associated with our partner in Florida. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.underkicks.com, and your purchase of sneakers and related products (“Products”) from us.

Commitment: At Underkicks LLC, providing genuine, high-quality sneakers is fundamental to our business. We are dedicated to ensuring the legitimacy and physical integrity of the Products we offer.
Sourcing: We achieve this primarily through careful sourcing, establishing strong relationships with reputable suppliers known for quality, and obtaining Products directly from authorized retailers or other verified, trusted partners.
Quality Control Process: Beyond sourcing, every product line undergoes our comprehensive Quality Control (QC) process designed to verify craftsmanship and condition. This multi-stage process includes:
- Supplier Vetting: Prioritizing suppliers with proven track records and clear quality standards agreements.
- Inbound Inspection: Conducting randomized sampling inspections upon shipment arrival. Our trained QC team meticulously examines sampled pairs for:
- Visual Integrity: Stitching regularity, glue application neatness, material defects (scratches, tears, discoloration), color consistency.
- Dimensional Accuracy: Verifying size and fit against manufacturer specifications.
- Functionality: Assessing lace function, sole adhesion and flexibility, cushioning, and overall construction integrity.
- Defect Handling: Products failing inspection are immediately quarantined, documented, and addressed directly with the supplier to prevent recurrence.
Condition Expectations: While we maintain rigorous QC standards, minor cosmetic variations inherent to mass manufacturing processes, or slight imperfections in packaging condition received from suppliers, may occasionally occur and might not be classified as defects. Product Descriptions & Availability: We strive for accuracy in descriptions, colors, and images, but do not warrant they are error-free. Monitor settings can affect color display. All Products are subject to availability; listing as “in stock” is not a guarantee of immediate shipment. We will notify you if an ordered item becomes unavailable.
5. Pricing & Taxes
- Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price charged is that effective at the time of order confirmation.
- Errors: In case of pricing errors, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. If unreachable, the order will be treated as cancelled.
- Taxes & Duties: Prices exclude sales tax, VAT, import duties, or other taxes. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees based on the shipping destination. These are not included in Product or shipping costs.
6. Orders, Payment & Acceptance
- Placing Orders: Completing checkout submits an offer to purchase under these Terms.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an Order Confirmation email; this is not acceptance of your order.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You warrant you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.
- Billing: Your payment method will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, ships. You agree to pay the full amount specified at checkout, including product price, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and conditions. We implement reasonable security measures as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Order Acceptance & Shipping Confirmation: Acceptance occurs, and the contract is formed, only when we dispatch the Product(s) and send you a Shipping Confirmation email.
- Right to Refuse/Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. A full refund will be issued if payment was processed before cancellation.
7. Shipping & Delivery

- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Shipping Times & Costs:
- Standard Shipping Estimate: 10-14 business days after processing (estimate only, delays can occur).
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 USD.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders totaling $150 USD or more (before taxes, after discounts).
- International Shipping: We ship internationally, excluding Russia and Ukraine. You are the importer of record and responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, taxes, and duties of the destination country.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after handover to the carrier. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Return Policy: All returns are subject to our detailed Return Policy, available at https://underkicks.com/return-policy/. Please review it carefully before making a purchase and ensure your return meets all stated conditions.
- Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Eligibility & Condition: To be eligible, Products must be returned unworn, unused, in brand new, resalable condition, with all original, undamaged packaging (including the undamaged original sneaker box shipped inside a protective outer box), and all included tags, laces, and accessories.
- Return Process: Initiate returns by contacting customer service at [email protected] per the instructions in our Return Policy. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs: You (the customer) are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed error by Underkicks (e.g., wrong item shipped, verified defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refunds: Returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: As detailed in our Return Policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if returns do not meet the required conditions (e.g., signs of wear, damaged original box, missing items).
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund (per policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exceptions / Final Sale: Certain items (e.g., items marked “Final Sale,” specific limited releases) may be ineligible for return, as indicated on product pages or in our Return Policy.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its contents (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, design, “Underkicks” name and marks) are owned by Underkicks LLC or its licensors and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to harm others, to spam, impersonate, interfere with the Site’s operation, use automated scraping tools, or engage in conduct that restricts others’ enjoyment or harms Underkicks.
11. User Content (Reviews)
- License Grant: By submitting reviews or other content (“User Content”), you grant Underkicks LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content.
- Your Responsibility: You represent that you own or control the rights to your User Content and that it is accurate, non-infringing, and complies with these Terms.
- Monitoring: We reserve the right (but not obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove User Content.

Your privacy is important to us. THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDERKICKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL UNDERKICKS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID UNDERKICKS FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Underkicks LLC, its partners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Products.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or Products will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, taking place in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You and Underkicks LLC waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in class actions. Claims qualifying for small claims court may be asserted there.

18. Entire Agreement
